My name
is Jenny Banks, i previously owned and operated Elise Consultancy Training and Development est.
1999. I am now the co-owner of PBS est. 2005 and the lead trainer.
Throughout
my 30 years experience i have developed many skills in the fields of Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment,
Sales, Customer Service Training and Development.
Over the
past 10 years i've had a close relationship with the Australian Retailers Association
and i'm one
of the training provider’s in New South Wales for the nationally recognised AussieHost Customer Service Programme.
I'm also
involved with the training and development of long-term unemployment programs and have also held the
position of NSW State Training and Development Manager for the Internationally recognised Franchise Company
Baker’s Delight.
My
extensive and diverse experience has helped me develop a dynamic and proactive down to earth training style that
has given me the ability to communicate with people so they achieve outstanding results.
